Welcome to the conference registration page! We have broken down the registration process into a series of easy-to-follow steps. Please read them carefully (and fully) before taking any individual steps, and if you have any doubts or questions do not hesitate to contact us.

STEP 1: Decide whether or not you wish to attend the official conference dinner. The dinner will take place on Thursday October 6th at the Restaurante Momo in the historic Chueca district (c/ Libertad 8). The menu (20€) will include a seven different options of entrees and main courses each, suitable to all diets and dietary restrictions, in addition to a drink and a dessert.

STEP 2: Transfer the registration fees to the conference bank account. The registration costs are 30€ for SEDERI members, 40€ for non-SEDERI members, plus 20€ if you are attending the conference dinner. The bank account details are the following:

Please make sure to secure an invoice of the bank transfer, as it will be needed in the next step.

STEP 3: Fill out the following registration form. Please attach the invoice of your bank transfer when prompted.

STEP 4: Wait to receive a confirmation of registration email from the Organising Committee.

STEP 5: When you arrive at the conference, please go to the registration desk to receive your conference packet and badge. If you are not arriving on the first day of the conference please reach out to the members of the Organising Committee following your arrival at the venue for further orientation.
